Your Health Matters
Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment at the time of booking your appointment.
Arrival
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This is to ensure we have enough time to perform your consultation and get you ready for your service.
Comfort and Attire
Ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout your spa experience is important to us. Appropriate robes and/ or drapery will be provided and used throughout your service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask you to notify the spa 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% charge of the treatment fee.
For group bookings, 48-hour notice is required and for no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged.

Little Ones
While we love little ones, the day spa environment isn’t the safest place for children and we ask that it be an absolute last resort to have them accompany you. In the event that alternative childcare is unavailable please be sure they have quiet entertainment.
